International orders are charged based on their items in the shopping cart. We offer three types of shipping speed – economy (8-10 days), priority (6-10 days) and express (3-5 days). Please choose the service which suits best to your need.
NORTH AMERICAN SERVICE We can generally fill all orders within 2days. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS ground.
We can generally fill all orders within 2days. All international orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS ground. Shipping does not include any duties or taxes charged by customs. Buyers will be entirely responsible for those charges.
If the package is returned due to non payment of duties or taxes or wrong address, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Before returning a product you must have an RA# (Return Authorization number). Please email us your request for an RA# specifying the reason for the return. If this is a damage or warranty issue, we must have detailed photos emailed to us before we will issue an RA#.
All products can be returned for up to 30 days from the date you received the product. The product must be packaged in its original form, not used and be in a resalable condition. You will be responsible for return shipping. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee (excluding jewelry). If the product was shipped free, no charges towards shipping cost will be credited from refund.
All credits are issued within 7 days of us receiving the product back into our warehouse. This gives them time to inspect the product.
Return Policy For Damaged Items
If your merchandise is damaged or got damaged in shipping please save all packing material and contact us within 72 hours. and include your full name, order number, and a description of the damage.
You must save all packing material in the condition which it was received.
Once you notify us of the damage, we will contact you and begin the claim process with the shipping company. Once the shipping company has received the package, we will ship you replacement merchandise or refund onto your credit card.
